Tuesday Tips: Edit Jumping

The Up/Down arrow keys will always jump the playhead to the previous/next edit on any video/audio track. Most of the time that’s great, but sometimes it would be useful to only jump to the previous/next edit on a particular track.

While there’s no built-in feature to do this, there is a quick workaround:

1. Select an edit on the track you’re interested in.
2. Using the Up/Down arrow keys will select the previous/next edit and at the same time move the playhead to the same frame!
